  1.  Check your SPAM or JUNK folder.  9 times out of 10, that is where the email is located.
  2.  Try searching “[WA State Toy Show]: New order” and see if it comes up that way.  That is the subject of the email.
  3.  Your tickets will always be listed on your “My Account” page on the website.  If you log in to the site, you will see Tickets listed on the left.
  4.  If you still have a question or can find the email, send us a message and we will quickly help you.

All current Washington State, Pierce County, and Washington State Fair COVID protocols will be enforced and used in preparation for this event for the safety of our sellers, attendees, and staff. Masks must be worn at all times.  Click here for more information.

Will tickets be sold at the gate?2021-04-07T12:55:19-07:00
Having to put on shows with occupancy limitations from the Governor is difficult.  We have a maximum limit on the total number of people in the building and are required to sell tickets in advance.  Tickets have been sold in time slots by estimating how many people will be leaving during the previous hour.  There may be an occasion that more people will have left the show than the tickets we have sold.  At that point, we could sell walk-up tickets but have no way of knowing this in advance.

Saturday, May 8th… After 1 pm, we are letting one child 12 and under in the show free with each regular ticket purchased.  Children 2 and under do not need tickets.

Check your SPAM or JUNK folder first.  19 times out of 20, this is the answer.   Secondly, you can always log on to the website and your tickets purchased are one of the tabs under your MY ACCOUNT section also.  We will also have someone at the gate with a computer for anyone that doesn’t get the tickets through email.  If these options don’t work, then just send us an email from the email address used to purchase the tickets and we will resend them to you.  Hopefully, SPAM won’t get them again.
