- Check your SPAM or JUNK folder. 9 times out of 10, that is where the email is located.
- Try searching “[WA State Toy Show]: New order” and see if it comes up that way. That is the subject of the email.
- Your tickets will always be listed on your “My Account” page on the website. If you log in to the site, you will see Tickets listed on the left.
